Have you heard about our ESD's New Teacher Coaching Initiative?
It was launched on a small scale about two years ago. It has grown and now serves nearly 70 teachers in school districts in every corner of our three county region.
The Mason County Press recently met with Amy Taranko, our assistant superintendent of instructional services, and the cadre of mentor teachers as well as coordinator Jaynie Manier, an ESD literacy specialist.
