Welcome to the West Shore ESD Social Studies Page. Social Studies is the integrated study of multiple fields of social science and the humanities, including history, geography, and political science.

West Shore ESD shares a social studies consultant with the 10 ISDs that comprise the Northern Michigan Learning Consortium. Services included in this collaboration include professional learning via Face-to-Face, Hybrid, online, and “come to you PD.”
